Care Commute of Ocala Florida is A non emergency medical transportation service that specializes in providing considerate and compassionate service to seniors and the physically and mentally disabled communities of Ocala Florida.

Providing a safe and reliable experience is CCOF's goal. Our professionals are here to pay close attention to the specific needs of all our consumers. From the time the appointment is scheduled until you are dropped off and beyond, you are top priority.

We provide a range of services that would include:

Ambulatory Transport
Wheelchair Transport
Stretcher Transport
etc

All services provided are door to door. We appreciate and care about the well-being of our consumers, so we go above and beyond to pleasantly greet them, assist them in entering and exiting the vehicles, and making sure they are safely secured for the ride.

Items you need before you call to book

Lets get started booking your appointment

· Your name, home address, and phone number

· Your Medicaid ID number

· The street address and phone number where you want to be picked up

· The name, phone number, address, and ZIP code of the doctor you are seeing

· The date and time of your appointment

· The end time of your appointment, if known

· Any special needs, including the need for someone to ride with you

· General reason for the appointment (for example, health care provider visit, check-up, eye appointment)

Note: Anything after operational hours will be an additional fee

How to cancel

You must cancel your ride if you can’t go to your appointment. Please call 24 hours before your ride

How do I file complaint/compliment

When you file a complaint, you must provide:

Your name and Medicaid ID number
The date of service
You trip number

Complaints may be filed within one year of the event. When we get your complaint, will contact you within three business days. We will tell you the result of the complaint in a letter within 14 business days.

What are the riding rules

Schedule routine rides at least three business days in advance
when you call
Be ready and watching for your ride at your pick-up time
Use your seatbeat

Do not physically or verbally abuse other passengers or the driver

Do not smoke, eat, or drink in the vehicle
