Care Commute of Ocala Florida is A non emergency medical transportation service that specializes in providing considerate and compassionate service to seniors and the physically and mentally disabled communities of Ocala Florida.

How to cancel

You must cancel your ride if you can’t go to your appointment. Please call 24 hours before your ride

How do I file complaint/compliment

When you file a complaint, you must provide:

The date of service
You trip number
Complaints may be filed within one year of the event. When we get your complaint, will contact you within three business days. We will tell you the result of the complaint in a letter within 14 business days.

What are the riding rules

Schedule routine rides at least three business days in advance
Be ready and watching for your ride at your pick-up time
Use your seatbeat
Do not smoke, eat, or drink in the vehicle
Do not physically or verbally abuse other passengers or the driver
